beautiful onion soup, I am cooking this tomorrow . #myfavouriterecipesI love the deep caramelised taste of french onion soup , so here I have recreated this soup , it most certainly is worth the time and effort, hope you enjoy too. You can use different cheeses as I have done this time as it needed using up, if you wish. In the olden days in France the bread soaked up almost all of the liquid and it was meant to be that way. So if you want to eat it like that, more like a thick onion and cheese bread pudding then go ahead, it's awesome.

Wow so easy.... and taste like the real shake & bake. This was loved By everyone in my house... definitely a keeper recipe. I get so much more this way... I used to get like 2 boxes just for one dinner. This is a money saver .. how this recipe came about was that I forgot to buy the shake and bake... and like a week later oh I forgot to get that... so I looked up different homemade ones online and came up with this.... it. Surprised me that I had everything on hand ... still didn’t have to leave the house just because I forgot one little thing.... #mycookbook

This is a family recipe. It’s one of my favorite dishes . No need to go to some over price restaurant, this recipe is way better than any restaurant anyways.That is a family inside joke. (A dish like this goes for 24.95 per plate ) The main ingredient in this dish is garlic so use a lot of it especially if you like garlic. ( This dish is perfect for a date night in after the kids are in bed , just cut recipe down to about half of everything, and 1/2 a box of angel hair pasta. ) Kids can eat this too , my kids love this even my picky eater who don’t like to eat anything green. #mycookbook
