Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1/4Cabbage
  2. Carrot
  3. Spring onion
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspwhite pepper
  7. 1 tbspchicken powder
  8. Cooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cracked the eggs, cut cabbage and carrots in long strips set a side.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs in to big bowl mix all ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add egg mixture to pan on medium-low heat.

    Cook slowly for 5 minutes.  The eggs should firm up enough so you can flip it over into an omelet. Stir it make it in to piece.
    Fry until done, transfer to the plate and ready to serve.
