Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGram flour
  2. 1/2 cupMaida / all purpose flour
  3. 1 pinchBaking powder
  4. as requiredWater
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. as per tasteRed chilli powder
  7. as requiredCoriander leaves
  8. 2Chopped green chilli
  9. 2Bread slice
  10. 1Onion
  11. as requiredRefined oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large mixing bowl Make a thin batter of maida, gram flour, water. Add green chilli, onion, red chilli powder, coriander leaves

  2. 2

    Make sure the batter is smooth flowing consistency

  3. 3

    Heat the pan with 1 tsp butter and brush well.
    Pour the batter into hot pan.

    Keep slice of bread on it, pick the bread slice and keep it with other side

  5. 5

    Allow to cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.flip over and cook the other side as well.

  6. 6

    Fold the edges of the omelette underside the bread, as shown in picture

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
