Ingredients

  1. Beans 3tin of milk
  2. 3-4Hot pepper
  3. 3 cubesMaggi
  4. 1 pcEgg
  5. Onion 1medium
  6. Salt 1/2 teaspn
  7. 1 tspOnga
  8. Veg.oil for fraying

Cooking Instructions

30minutes
  1. 1

    Soak and smash the beans with hand or motor

  2. 2

    Pour the beans in a big rubber add water an squeeze the beans then remove the skin of it (back of the beans)

  3. 3

    If the beans is clean wash the onion and hot pepper and add it in side the beans then grind it

  4. 4

    If the beans is grinded add the egg, maggi, salt, and onga beat the beans but the mixture should not be watery

  5. 5

    In a deep hot oil use a serving spoon and add the mixture one by one

  6. 6

    When the beans cake become brown in colour then turn the other side as well

  7. 7

    Remove it from the oil and put it in a colander, live it about 2 minutes then serve
