Ingredients

  1. 400 gramschicken breast pieces
  2. 1egg
  3. 1onion
  4. 1small capsicum
  5. 3-4green onion
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 inchGinger
  8. 4-5garlic cloves
  9. 1-2 tspvinegar
  10. 4-5 tspsoya sauce
  11. 3 tbspcorn flour
  12. 2 tbspmaida
  13. Oil
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. 1 tspDegi mirch
  16. 1 tspkali mirch
  17. 3-4green chillies
  18. 2-3 tspchilli sauce
  19. 1 tbsptomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Clean the chicken pieces.In a bowl take chicken pieces add egg, salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste and vinegar and 1 tsp oil andmix well. Keep aside this marinated chicken for 45 minutes.

    Now take out onion bulbs and cut square pieces of capsicum. Slit green chillies and finally chop ginger, garlic and cut green onion too.

    Now in a bowl take 1/2 cup water and add 1 tbsp corn flour and soya sauce and black pepper and mix well. This is ready for gravy.

    Now heat oil and fry marinated chicken pieces on medium heat till golden brown.

    In a big kadahi take some oil on high flame add chopped green onion, onion bulbs, capsicum, chopped ginger garlic, green chillies and stir fry on high flame.

    The vegetables should be crispy then add water with corn flour and soya sauce with little salt needed.

    After 1 or 2 boil add fried chicken pieces to this gravy and mix well on high flame.

    Sprinkle green onion over it and serve hot.
