Water Spinach and Tofu Stir Fry (Oseng Kangkung Tahu)

Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchwater spinach (kangkug)
  2. 4garlic cloves
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2long red chili
  5. 5 pcsfried tofu
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 1/2 tspsugar
  9. 2 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut up tofu and water spinach, throw the hard parts. Chop garlics, chilies and tomato.

    Pre-heat cooking oil in a sauce pan, add chopped garlics, wait until you can smell nice garlic aroma, add chopped chilies and tomato,stir it for around 5 mins, add salt, sugar, and pepper, stir it again.

    Add fried tofu, mix it well.

    Add water spinach, stir it properly until the volume reduces, and cooked well.

  5. 5

    Can be served with rice or just consumed like salad.
