Simple Egg with Carrots #themechallenge

I literally put carrots in almost every dish I prepare .... #themechallenge

Chop, wash and grate your carrot tomatoes and garlic; beat the eggs in a container and set aside

Heat pan. Add vegetable oil and garlic. Fry till fragrant
- 3
Stir in tomatoes and fry to a paste
- 4
Add in your eggs and let it settle in the tomato mixture
- 5
Add your carrots and mix until dry...
- 6
Add a pinch of salt..blackpepper and paprika for exclusive taste.

Transfer to a plate and enjoy while still hot.

Goes well with ugali or rice.
