Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgFresh tomatoes
  2. 1 sachetSeasoning
  3. 1 teaspoonCurry
  4. 3 cubesKnorr
  5. 1/2 kgChicken
  6. Salt
  7. 8big Ata rodo
  8. 4big Onion
  9. 6Tatasi
  10. 3 piecesleaves Bay
  11. 3Garlic
  12. 1Turmeric
  13. 1/2 teaspoonThyme
  14. 1/4 kgVegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and blend the turmeric,garlic,tatasi(remove the seeds)fresh tomatoes and ata rodo.

    Cook the chicken with onion,thyme,knorr cubes,curry,salt and onion.

    Heat up vegetable oil,put the onion,curry and fry for 20seconds.

  4. 4

    Pour in all the blended things and fry till no water again is in it.

    Then pour in the chicken with stock and stir.allow it to boil add salt,bay leaves

  6. 6

    Parboil the rice for 15minutes,wash and boil it with salt.

  7. 7

    Cut the carrots and green peas,pour inside the rice when is 1minute to be done and off the heat.
