Ingredients

  1. 100 gsalted butter
  2. 50 gpowdered sugar
  3. 25 gegg
  4. 2 gvanilla extract
  5. 140 gflour
  6. For the chocolate cookies
  7. 100 gbutter
  8. 60 gsugar
  9. 25 gegg
  10. 110 gflour
  11. 20 gcocoa powder
  12. For the filling
  13. 50 gdark chocolate
  14. 25 gwhipped cream

Cooking Instructions

    Mix butter until soft

    Add powdered sugar and mix

    Add egg

    Finally add the sieveted flour mix and transfer it into a pipping bag fitted with nozzle and shape on a grease pan

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes and allow to cool

    For the chocolate,mix sugar and butter until soft add the egg mix flour and the cocoa powder and fold in using a spatula

    Transfer the mixture into a pippping bag fitted with nozzle

    Remove the desired shape and bake

    For the filling,in hot whipped cream add the chocolate chunk,stire it until it melt,allow to cool then spread at the center of the buttered cookie

    Then place the chocolate cookies on top

    Our cookies are ready to serve with tea or hot milk
