Cooking Instructions

    Wash your cat fish with hot water and salt to remove the slippery thing over the fish, slice your lemon and wash it with water thoroughly until is no more slippery.

    In a bowl put your fish,add ginger and garlic powder,salt to taste,Maggi, paprika and seasoning cubes, add little oil and mix thoroughly,refrigerate and marinate for 3hrs.

    In a pan heat oil atleast 1/3 and add your fish fried it well and keep aside

    In a pan again add little oil,and blend a scotch bonnet and onions.add onions fried till is little bit brown,add your grinder peppers,seasoning, garlic and ginger powder,add Maggi,salt to taste and add your fish to and live to steam for 2mins,then turn over for 2mins again, serve with anything of your choice.rice or juice.
