mix egg and milk

soak fish for 5 mins in milk and eggs

coat fish in batter place on a plate to the side.

after all fish has been coated start the milk and batter process again for second coating.

now fry fish for 5 mins.

after frying let drain on two paper towels

while draining fish of excessive oils start the fries. frying them for 4 mins then drain in the same manner as you did the fish.
