Cooking Instructions

    Wash beans and remove black heads, cut in onions and pepper and blend till smooth.

  2. 2

    Add salt and maggi and groundnut oil, then pour some palm oil inside containers and scoop the beans mixture and pour. Then cover container with lid and put inside boiling water. Allow to cook.

  3. 3

    When cooked, pour out the alala on a plate, add more fried palm oil and grind pepper and serve.
