Cooking Instructions

    Wash mango and cut into chunks

    Pour into blender and blend on high speed until puree is achieved

  3. 3

    Put sugar into pot add 2 cups of water and allow to boil until it becomes slightly thick

  4. 4

    Add in mango puree to the sugar syrup and bring to boil add in lemon juice.boil for 10_15 mins off d light and allow to cook completely

  5. 5

    After cooling down u can store d mango in sterile bottles and it can be kept for months

  6. 6

    Mix one portion of d cooled mango into a jug of ice to give a refreshing juice
