I haven’t been on cookpad for a while,after logging in I saw this recipe trending,so I decided to try it,and it turned out well😁

I finally made the Dalgona coffee after peeping into the recipes of several chefs and I settled for Chef Kiki's. I'm in love with the outcome and I plan to repeat this process again but with a bit of twist and combination of the other chef's recipes. Watch out..

I'm adventurous with food and when I saw the tapioca cereal on the market, the curious side of me kicked in and I decided to try it out. The outcome was amazing and I wasn't disappointed 😘😎

I am not a fan of milk and I am curious to taste what dalgona is, so I decided to add coconut milk and ginger so that it will mast the flavour of the milk.

I am currently carrying out experiment on snacks,today is for doughnut, wanted to make it very fluffy, so i added orange juice and zest, to see the outcome it came out very fluffy and delicious.

I had to try this new recipe of bread to see the outcome,actually soft and sweet.

A Cookpad Author asked about a particular Togolese snack (African tennis) on cookpad WhatsApp group. She mentioned it is so delicious and looks like Nigerian buns and that its sold around her residence in Lagos by Togolese women but they won’t tell how its made when she asked.This got me interested as I have a Togolese employee who seems to know everything 😀. So i asked John immediately about this their Togolese snack and he wasted no time in contacting Togo and getting me the recipe. With all thanks to John and the people of Togo, i find this snack really interesting!

Yes you read the title right no eggs and butter, in this recipe😁Honestly I was a bit skeptical about trying this I was scared it wouldn't come out nice but mehn was it so soft, light, fluffy and tasty😋. This recipe make 6 standard cupcakes the measurements can be double to make 12.
