My version of trending dalgona coffee

I am not a fan of milk and I am curious to taste what dalgona is, so I decided to add coconut milk and ginger so that it will mast the flavour of the milk.

#inspire by uu_bakes... Finally I made my own dalgona, it's so simple and easy.

Had the chance of creating the simple but yet amazing dalgona coffee. Loved it ☕️

Since dalgona challage started,I've been making it most of the time because I love the taste especially with evaporated milk.I intend to try making it using different flavours pretty soon.

I finally made the Dalgona coffee after peeping into the recipes of several chefs and I settled for Chef Kiki's. I'm in love with the outcome and I plan to repeat this process again but with a bit of twist and combination of the other chef's recipes. Watch out..
