I am a fan of bread and all bakeries are close due the covid 19 pandemic, Chef Abdul gave me the recipe and it came out perfect.
Cooking Instructions

In a clean bowl your ingredients and mix every thing together, the dough will be sticky, brush it with melted butter and cover it.

Transfer the sticky dough to a surface and knead with a flour till you get a soft non sticky dough.
- 3
Grease your baking pan with a butter and arrange the dough, now cover it with a wet towel and allow it to rise, when it rises brush it with melted butter and put it in a pre heated oven.

The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven.
