Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 60 gramsBread (strong) flour
  2. 20 gramsAlmond flour
  3. 3 gramsBaking powder
  4. 15 gramsCocoa powder
  5. 60 gramsUnsalted butter
  6. 70 gramsGranulated sugar
  7. 1Egg
  8. 2 tbspYogurt
  9. 30 gramsChocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    Sift the dry ingredients. Bring the butter and egg to room temperature.

    Cream the butter.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and mix well.

  4. 4

    Mix in the egg a little at a time. I added it in 5 batches.

    It should look like this after whisking it all together.

    Next, add the yogurt and mix.

    Mix in the dry ingredients.

    Use a rubber spatula to fold the mixture in a cutting motion.

    Add chocolate chips, and gently stir them in.

  10. 10

    Fill doughnut molds and bake for 13 to 15 minutes at 180℃, then serve.
