Mojo's Nutella Cookies Mojo's Nutella Cookies
A few years ago, I found the greatest cookie recipe ever. It involved using pudding mix in the cookies to make them super soft all the time. Recently, my wife had found a recipe that had Nutella put in the middle of a cookie, and I thought why not try that with the pudding cookie recipe I had been using. I first shared them with my family and they loved them.mojopong

Plain and Sakura Cat Paw Marshmallows Plain and Sakura Cat Paw Marshmallows
I saw something like this online and it was love at first sight! I made them subtly pink colored so that they would be spring-like, but the plain ones are nice too. You could use cocoa powder to make them brown.Work quickly once you put the mixture in the piping bags! If it's cold, it will set fast. Make the mixture on the loose side, and pipe it out when you think it's started to set a bit - this way, it won't form any peaks and the marshmallow texture will be smooth Be sure not to overdust with cornstarch. If you want it sweeter, you can add a bit more sugar. Recipe by Yanzu cookpad.japan -

Butter Mochi Cake Butter Mochi Cake
If you love the chewy, sticky texture of mochi, you are going to love this cake! It’s incredibly easy to make, and is the perfect dessert to bring to potlucks or parties. Just be ready to see it disappear quickly. 😋You will need Mochiko flour to make this cake. Regular rice flour won’t work. The best place to buy it is from an Asian supermarket. This recipe was taken from The Kitchn.#Dessert #Cake #Asian Chris Gan -

So Soft Buttered Mochi So Soft Buttered Mochi
I usually pound mochi rice to make it, but I tried using cut mochi this time to simplify things a bit. Since I've discovered I could use cut mochi to make spongy buttered mochi, here's the recipe for you to try!I recommend you soften the store-bought mochi decently before mixing because it's quite sticky. Use homemade mochi or Japanese rice mochi for the best results. It's really soft when it's done, so please chill in the fridge (or in the freezer if you're rushing) before slicing. Take care to coat the sliced surfaces of the mochi so they don't stick together! Recipe by Rei no oryouri cookpad.japan -
