Ingredients

  1. 2Irish potatoes
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupsall-purpose flour
  4. 1/2 cupschopped onion
  5. 1 tablespoonGinger/garlic paste
  6. 1 tablespoonblack pepper
  7. 1 tablespoonsugar
  8. 1/2 tablespoonsred chilli
  9. 1/2 cupvegetables of choice
  10. 1/2 cupsshredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and peel the potatoes, great then using a grater. Squeeze out all the water and transfer a bowl, add sugar, onion, garlic, Ginger, black pepper, red chilli, vegetables of ur choice, shredded cheese, mixed it well, then add flour, eggs, mixed it again very well,

    Grease the pan with butter on medium heat

  3. 3

    Then scoop the batter in to the pan, and fry until golden brown, turn the order side and fry it

    Enjoy your pancakes
