Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprefined flour
  2. 1 cupDates
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 1 cupoil
  5. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  6. 1/2 cupcurd
  7. 1 tsp.Baking powder
  8. 1/2 tsp.Baking soda
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. 1/2 tspcinemon powder
  11. 1/2 cupwalnut almond coarsly crushed
  12. As neededRaisin walnut almond melon seeds for Garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Soak Dates in a warm milk for 1/2hr. Seive refined flour salt baking powder baking soda in a bowl. Add oil brown sugar cinemon powder and curd in a mixture. Beat well.

    Now churn dates milk mixture and make a smooth paste. Mix in a flour mixture. Beat well. Now add walnut and almond coarsly crushed. Mix properly and pour and a grease baking tray. Put Melonseeds walnut almond and raisin

    Put in a pre heat oven 180* for 40min. Check with pointed knife. Take out from oven let it cool and remove from oven tray. Healthy Delicious Dates and Walnut Almond cake is ready to serve. And'joy with Tea coffee.
