In our state, yam is very common in every home especially when you have relatives who r farming. You can also get it at a cheaper rate in market if not of the present situation we r in caused by the lockdown. What makes it different from d usual yam balls is d addition of breadcrumbs. Enjoy

Cooking Instructions

Cook yam with salt till tender and mash
- 2
Add your desired seasoning and spices along with the blended pepper mix and fish
- 3
Mix everything together till combined
- 4
Seasoning your beaten eggs (optional)
- 5
Form balls from mashed yam. Dip in egg and coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry till brown in hot oil over medium heat
