My grandma's way

My grandparents loves this mukimo. Every time I visit them I have to cook them these.

This dish has remained a favourite in all our family occasions,

I have some leftover boiled potatoes... So I decided to make something new with it...

This recipe I learned from my mum,I have tried many times to recall it but no matter how many times I did,I still can't make the exact same thing my mum did,cos I always find something missing.hopefully someday I will get it right but this one has been the one close enough😁

I did not want my fresh tomatoes to waste,though small quantity...I can still create a delicacy #5ingredients

This recipe idea just flashed my mind so I decided to make it which the result come out perfect b'cos we had a delicious meal

I want to have a different taste of strudel ..I did potatoes strudel with irish and so I thought to try with sweet potatoes and the taste was delicious 😋😋

I had leftover jollof rice and vegetables so I decided to garnish with chips and egg. #abuja

This recipe is my creative idea cuz I love veggies so I decided to make something extremely healthy and meal for everyone both young and old

I did not want tomatoes in my pasta, so this idea came up

Orange sweet potatoes are different from our regular white sweet potatoes. The orange sweet potato have a higher moisture content that the white one. The ideal way of cooking this orange sweet potatoes is by steaming, roasting or grilling. I’m not saying you can’t fry or boil it, I did fry but it was as if it wouldn’t fry and became so soft, and I also attempted to make porridge but it ended up more like a soup than porridge 😣. So I decided to look up ways to cook these potatoes ( I have so much potatoes and I don’t want to waste any). I’ll post the recipes I try out wit it and hope everyone finds it useful 🥰😋 and delicious
