Tofu & Mushroom Chop Suey

Ingredients

4 Servings
  1. 1 canbutton mushroom sliced
  2. 3 blockstofu cut into cubes
  3. Carrot
  4. Green beans
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. 1 tspblack ground pepper
  8. 1/4 cupoyster sauce
  9. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  10. 2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  11. 2 clovesgarlic chopped
  12. 1medium onion chopped
  13. 1/4 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sauté garlic, onions together with carrots and string beans for 2-3 minutes in medium high fire (it makes veggies crunchy in my experience)

    Add the mushroom and tofu stir gently then add the salt, pepper, sugar, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix the cornstarch with water and then pour it in the veggies. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens
