Colorful Egg and Vegetable Salad Colorful Egg and Vegetable Salad
My mother has been making this salad for ages, and it's a firm family favorite! You can enjoy both soft and fluffy and crunchy-crispy textures in one dish. We always eat an amazing amount of this.I use a non-stick frying pan for Step 4, so I don't use any oil. Please add a little if your frying pan requires it so that the eggs don't stick. For 4 to 5 servings. Recipe by Nanaiku cookpad.japan -
Healthy Spicy Egg Salad Healthy Spicy Egg Salad
I was bored of eating eggs the plain old way. One day I had to eat vegetables and protein as well. So rather than turning it into a juice or making a stew with chicken, I decided to be lazy and followed my instincts and came up with this! One thing is for sure, you'd never get tired of eating this!Enjoy! Muffins with Fluffy Egg Salad Muffins with Fluffy Egg Salad
I had a sudden flash that this combination must be absolutely delicious.Prepare the cabbage to make it even more tasty. The secret is to add olive oil before heating for an aroma-rich and crispy finish.Follow the recipe since I've put in a lot of effort into the salad, cabbage, and bread!Rather than adding set amounts of condiments to make the salad, the key to fluffiness is to taste and check for thinness as you cook. I recommend using mustard and milk a for subtle taste, but they are optional. For 2 servings. Recipe by Towashushu cookpad.japan -
