My innovative recipe.. stuffing made from fresh organic red chauli beans( string beans) mixture,and I gave the shape of Potli.. instead of the regular round shape.
Here also I half baked in Airfryer and then fry in little hot oil for less use of oil.

Cooking Instructions

Wash and pat dry chauli beans. Grind coarsely in the chopper as shown.

In a kadhai add heat oil add cumin seeds as splutter add turmeric powder and asafoetida. Add crushed cauli beans mixture. Sprinkle soda bicarb,salt mix well. Cover with lid filled with water. Cook till beans mixture is tender.

Add green chillies ginger paste,garam masala, grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, sugar powder and lemon juice. Mix well and off the flame. Cool the mixture. Add cashewnuts pieces and raisins.

Add maida,salt and oil,in mixing bowl add enough water to bind semi stiff dough. Knead for few minutes. Make equal portions lemon size balls.

Roll eat into ball into 2" puri. Stuff with prepared chauli beans stuffing mixture in center. Gather all edges and give shape of potli. Similarly prepare all kachoris.

Half baked in Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 temperature. Cool & then deep fry in hot oil on slow flame till crispy golden brown.

Serve /Relish Delicious Hot Chauli Beans Potli Kachori with green coriander chutney and tomato ketchup.
