#5ing This is different type of Kachori, only made in monsoon season. This Kachori is served with desi ghee and the combination gives it super taste. Kids liked it very much. I made this in different style and the taste is awesome.
Steps

First take wheat flour in a bowl add salt black seeds and mix now add water gradually and knead it to make soft dough. Cover and leave it.

Take a bowl add chana dal powder and add all the listed ingredients to it and give a good mix.

Now take small portion of the dough and make round ball of it, flatten it to give katori shape and put some stuffing in it and again make round ball carefully. Do with all of these.

Now take 5 cups of water in vessel and put it on heat and bring it to boil then add add all the balls gradually and cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling water. Remove it in a plate.

Now heat up a pan with oil and drop all the boiled balls to it and fry till golden brown.

Our monsoon Kachori is ready.
