MY VERSIONA GREAT REFRESHING DRINK FOR A VERY VERY HOT SUMMERLOVING IT

I was the host and party planner for my grandma birthday party. And I wanted something that was sweet and a little tangy for the fish plates. I was trying to do something quick and easy because I was doing a lot of jobs for the party.

My best friend once gave me a pack of li hing mui. She advised me to soak them in roasted tea, then add some sugar, then some ice. I thought li hing mui would taste divine with orange juice, and I was right. During hot days, my family and I enjoy this drink with heaps of ice.

I was on a 10 day juice cleanse when I invented this amazing breakfast juice!
