Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 2Goat brains
  2. 2medium Onions chopped
  3. 2medium tomatoes chopped
  4. 2green chillies chopped
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1-2 tbsyoghurt
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspHaldi powder
  9. 1 tbspsalt
  10. 1/4 tspwhite cumin
  11. 1/4 tspGaram masala powder
  12. 1 pinchKasuri methi
  13. Sliced ginger for garnish
  14. 1/2 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    On a tawa put oil,zeera then add Onions

  2. 2

    Once onions soften,add tomaties, ginger garlic paste and all spices except garam masala powder and qasuri methi.

    Add some water,bhunen and add maghaz,bhunen and add 1/4 cup water and let it cook

    Cook until it changes colour and is all ready and oil comes up.

    Put garam masala powder and qasuri methi,green chillies and put the Stove off.

    Garnish with ginger slices and fresh coriander.
