  2. 1/4 Cupgranulated sugar
  3. 1/4 Cupalmond flour
  4. 1/3 Cuppowdered sugar
  5. 1 Tsprose essence
  6. 1 Dropred colour

    In a bowl beat the egg white for 30 second. Then add granulated sugar little by little and beat till it becomes stiff.

    Sieve and Add the almond flour and powderd sugar to egg white and fold and fold, finally add the essence and colour and mix.

    Then put the mixture in the piping bag and make your Macaroon buttons in a parchment paper. Let sit for 2 minutes and then bake it at 150 celsius for 15 minutes.

    Tadaaaaaaa your Macaroon buttons are ready.
