Ingredients

Oven at 330 : 8-11 minutes
  1. 5 1/2 cupsBakers Moist Coconut
  2. 1 Can14 0z. Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
  3. 1/4 tsppink salt
  4. 2/3 cupflour
  5. 1 1/4 tspvanilla flavor Watkins
  6. 1/2 tspalmond flavor
  7. Jelly Beans optional
  8. Baking Paper

Cooking Instructions

Oven at 330 : 8-11 minutes
  1. 1

    Turn on oven, prepare pan w parchment baking sheets

  2. 2

    Add flour, coconut, vanilla, almond, salt, condensed milk, stir lightly, scoop on parchment to small golf ball size.

  3. 3

    These are sweet cookies, do not make to large. Bake 8-12 min until edges are slightly light brown, check bottoms. Must line w parchment paper!!

  4. 4

    Remove to cooking rack immediately at Jelly Beans if desired mold into nest shape.

  5. 5

    Can store for 8 days or freeze for 3 months.
