Ingredients

  1. 4eggs whites (¼ C)
  2. 1/2 Csugar
  3. 1 tspvanilla
  4. 4 Cunsweetened coconut (shredded)
  5. 1/4 Calmond flour

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 350

  2. 2

    Beat wet ingredients with sugar. Make a snow.

  3. 3

    Fold in coconut mixture (rest of dry ingredients)

  4. 4

    Scoop with teaspoon size

  5. 5

    Bake for 20-25 minutes (rotate at the half-mark) or until brown.
