Moimoi with egg sauce

Cooking Instructions

Soaked your beans in water for 15 minutes and pound d beans on mortar.

Wash and rise with clean water.

Soaked d beans again for like 10mins.

Add,scoch bonnet nd oinon and tattashe.blend it well,add ur Maggi,salt nd seasoning put ur slice onion,oiland mix put it on leader and tie or any silicon molds or tin.put ur water on fire allow it to boil add in ur moimoi allow it to cook for some minutes.

For d sauce,grate ur ingredient.put ur oil on fire,add slice onion,add in ur grated ingredient add ur Maggi,and seasoning,add little amount of curry mix well bit in ur eggs add ur onion to d eggand little seasoning pour it all over and cover it cook for some minutes, after some minutes open and stir well.if it sticks to d pan add little amount of water to d sauce and cover again once d sauce is ready.u can serve with your moimoi 😋😋
