Ingredients

  1. 1and half medium onion
  2. 1medium tomato
  3. 1medium red pepper
  4. Halfgreen pepper
  5. 3chilli peppers
  6. Oil
  7. Maggi/onga/garlic powder/curry/bayleaf

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Slice your vegetables

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan add your sliced onion first,stir till saute,add the remaining sliced vegetables plus grated chilli peppers,keep stiring

  3. 3

    Add 1 maggi,half onga (green),curry, garlic powder and 1 bay leaf and stir

  4. 4

    Live it till oil start to come out. add water (like 3 tbs).live it to done for like 3minutes.

    Serve with,fried potatoes, sweet potatoes or fried yam or even rice
