  • 2.2 lbssmall shrimp, headless
  • 10 clovesgarlic
  • 1 tablespoonoregano
  • 1 tablespooncinnamon
  • 1 tablespoonMaggi seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoonWorcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients except for the shrimp.

    Coat the shrimp with the mixture.

    Let them rest and marinate for 20 minutes in the freezer.

    Fry in a pan with very hot oil until golden, but not burnt.
