Cute Teddy Bear Cookies (Gluten-Free)
User Mikkorin523's "Cute Rilakkuma-Style Chocolate Sandwich Cookies"was so cute, so I changed some ingredients to make them gluten-free for my relative's birthday present who has a gluten allergy.Mikkorin523, thank you for inspiring me with your recipe!Using powdered sugar makes cookies crispy, and using caster sugar makes them slightly more coarse-textured.If you use wheat flour instead of rice flour, try:Plain flour 150 g + Almond flour 50 g + Powdered sugar 90 gorPlain flour 200 g + Powdered sugar 100 g. American-Style Cookies in 20 Minutes
I wanted to make easy American-style cookies, so tried playing around with my Grandma's recipe. The cookies may seem too soft when you take them out of the oven, but this is what makes them so delicious! If you find yourself thinking 'hm, these still seem a bit undercooked', that's when you should take them out – you'll see what I mean once they cool down (takes about 10 minutes). Jack Cookies for Halloween

Aunt Stella-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies
I reduced the all-purpose flour to make cookies closer to Aunt Stella's style. These are crispy chocolate chip cookies where you can really taste the butter. The story behind this recipeThe chocolate chip cookies I usually make were quite dense with 100g of butter to 200g of all-purpose flour. I wanted to create cookies that were crispy and buttery like Aunt Stella's, so I boldly reduced the flour!

No-Bake cookies
I Love No Bake Cookies... Use to make them all the time in Culinary Arts!!!

Fortune Cookies
This is a sweet I often make when I have leftover egg whites. I like it since it's easy to make but very cute .Bake about 4 cookies at a time since the cookies will harden fast if you don't shape them as soon as they're baked. Shaping them is easier if you make the cookies rather large. The cookies are very hot so the shaping may be easier if you use thin gloves. Recipe by nyonta

Meringues Cookies
Many ways to use up the leftover egg whites. One of my favorite is to make them into a maringue cookies. Besides it’s easy to make, all the kids are loved it. So let’s jump to the recipe.

Cute Candy Cookies
I saw a cookie with a candy window on a TV show awhile ago. I thought if it could be made with a black cocoa cookie, it'd make for a nice contrast and be really cute, so I gave it a shot. When I put the candy in before baking the cookie dough would become smashed or stick to the candy and it was quite difficult. So I changed the procedure to add the candy during the middle of baking.Try to fill in the gaps with smashed candy bits as much as possible. The baking may differ depending on your household oven, so adjust the temperature and baking time as necessary. If the temperature is too hot, the candy may burn. It might be a good idea to have candy bits left over when baking so you can fill in any gaps. For the candy, I use orange and pineapple flavored Sakuma drops. Recipe by yotiko

Christmas Cookie House
About 3 years ago, I saw a small cookie house on sale at a neighborhood French pastry shop for more than 3,000 yen, so I tried making my own.Since then, my child has been looking forward to making one every year, so this year I decided to make it again although I'm fighting morning sickness (I'm pregnant with my 2nd child) .Use leftover icing (that you used to stick the house together) to make icicles hang under the roof, or make snow drifts around the decorative pieces on the outside, and so on. I have fun varying the decoration every year.I used store-bought candies as decoration. Even small children love to look at the decorations. This year I glued a brick patterned chimney, and colored the exterior walls with red food coloring to color it slightly pink. I also made the tree 3D. Recipe by sakura'03

Gluten-Free! Chocolate Chip Cookies
I found some gluten-free recipes while in America, so I rearranged them one to suit my needs for sugar-free and dairy-free.If you make the cookies about 2 tablespoons large, you will be able to make 12 cookies. If you want to avoid dairy, you can use coconuts oil instead of butter, and carob chips instead of chocolate chips. In order to make these sugar-free, I use 1/2 teaspoon of concentrated Stevia. Easy Pancake Mix Cookies (for White Day)
"I want to make cookies!""Then let's make some on our next holiday!"I made a promise with my kids....Then why not make cookies that my kids will be happy making. So, I made a dog and a panda.I copied the face of the dog and the panda from a drawing my kids had.The cookie dough might become sticky, so make sure to chill it in the refrigerator before baking in the oven. The cookies will become bigger when you bake them, so make sure to leave space in between each piece when lining them on the baking sheet and baking. If you use two different color cookie doughs, you can also make penguin or cat shapes...you can make many variations. Recipe by Chisora
