Ingredients

1and half hrs
3 people
  1. 4 cupsRice
  2. Green peas
  3. Spring onion chopped
  4. 2tsp
  5. Baked beans
  6. Raw tomato (greated)
  7. Scotch bonnet atarodo (greated)
  8. Carrot chopped
  9. Green beans
  10. Onion diced
  11. Vegetable oil
  12. Salt
  13. 2 tspGround crayfish
  14. Garlic minced
  15. leafBay
  16. Fish or any protein item of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    Chop and wash all veggies, and set aside

  2. 2

    Wash and clean your fish, and get it fried

  3. 3

    Great all pepper and tomatoes, minced the garlic and dice your onion

  4. 4

    Then place a cooking pot on a medium heat, pour in your minced garlic and onion.

    Allow it to steam, then add in your greated pepper and tomatoes, allow it to cook till the water dries up

    Add ur seasoning and salt, them pour in your crayfish

  7. 7

    Pour water into the, cooking sauce and cover the pot till the water boil

  8. 8

    Then add in your wash rice and allow to cook till the water dries out.

  9. 9

    Then add in your veggies and allow to steam four about 5mins

  10. 10

    And Turn off the heat, serve and enjoy with your favorite drink
