Ingredients

3serving

2 cuprice
3 tablespooncrayfish
2 cubeknorr
Chicken stock
2finger carrot (round cut)
3scotch bonnet pepper (sliced)
1onion bulb (chopped)
1green pepper (sliced)
Peppered chicken
4green beans (chopped)
1/2sweet corn

Cooking Instructions

Boil rice for 15min then wash and keep aside.

Place chicken stock on heat then add crayfish,knorr cube allow to boil for 5min pour rice.

When rice water is about drying off,pour sweet corn,green beans,onions,pepper,carrot,green pepper.Then allow to dry completely for 10min.

Then serve swiz rice with peppered chicken.

I came up with this recipe trying to find a side to eat with Jerk Chicken. My family doesn't care for the kidney beans or coconut milk that most traditional Caribbean rice dishes are made with so we tried something different. It came out great! Super flavourful!
