Egg sauce Indomie
My fav way of cooking Indomie. Easy peasy & delicious.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil water, break noodles into smaller pieces (optional) & boil for 2-3 minutes or as soft as you want it.
- 2
In a frying pan, heat up oil, add in onions & peppers.
- 3
Break eggs into the pan. Add Indomie spices, seasoning cubes & spices of choice.
- 4
Scramble the eggs and mix everything properly. This is the normal egg sauce, just saltier.
- 5
The Indomie should be cooked by now. Strain in a colander.
- 6
Pour the strained Indomie into the egg sauce and mix properly. You can add a little water if you prefer it that way.
- 7
Serve & enjoy 😋
