Mango Smoothie Mango Smoothie
Since last year, I've become a big fan of mango desserts. I figured it would taste great in a drink too, so I gave it a go. It was so good, so I uploaded the recipe.Be sure to freeze the mango well and to use very cold milk.Even though you can find canned mango, the varieties I have listed in the recipe will probably give a better result.I used 10 g of sugar, but adjust to your preferences. Musk Melon 💚 Mango Smoothie Musk Melon 💚 Mango Smoothie
These are two Thai fruits with uniquely fragrant aromas that I love. This summer, I paired them together, and they surprisingly complement each other. The sweet aroma and taste of ripe mango enhance the mild, slightly tangy musk melon, creating a perfectly sweet and fragrant smoothie for the season. TunarapTranslated from Cookpad Thailand -

Mango & Coconut smoothie Mango & Coconut smoothie
This is a really delicious and filling breakfast smoothie, one to try if you're a fan of more exotic flavours.A few weeks back, I finally took the plunge and ordered a NutriBullet. After seeing so many tempting instagram snaps and Pinterest recipes, I couldn't resist. About the same time, the Almond Board of California got in touch with me to ask if I'd like to take their 21-day Snack Happy Challenge (http://www.almonds.co.uk/snack-happy-challenge). The stars had aligned perfectly.I've been snacking on a handful of almonds every day this month, and including them in my favourite smoothie recipes. Why almonds?• A handful of almonds (30g) provide approximately 65% of your daily requirement of vitamin E.• Almonds are a high source of fibre, are packed with healthy, unsaturated fats and are a natural source of protein.• Almonds are rich in calcium, which is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.• Almonds are a high source of magnesium, which contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue.• Almonds provide linoleic acid, which contributes to maintaining normal cholesterol levels.• Just a handful of these noble nuts is all you need to up your daily nutrient intake. Pop them in your handbag to snack on-the-go in your moments of need. Lottie Storey -

Mango & Cinnamon Smoothie Mango & Cinnamon Smoothie
Hiiii everyone, I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. I do hope the weather has turned into Spring for some of my blogger friends and friends around the world. 🙂Today’s post is not a Greek recipe but a recipe that I just love!! Smoothieeeee 🙂 I mentioned in a previous post that I was given some Mangos which I have already added into a salad and have made a few other recipes, 🙂 but one thing I have not made yet is a delicious Mango Smoothie. (My Absolute Favorite!!!) I found this recipe in REAL SIMPLE many many years ago and just loved it. The original recipe does not have any Cinnamon added into or on top of the Smoothie, but I had to tweak it. I have added a teaspoon of Cinnamon into the smoothie along with the honey, and I just topped it off with just a small pinch of Cinnamon. 🙂 (Just because I like it)I enjoy having a smoothie throughout the day, I am not really the kind of person who would make a smoothie to have for breakfast. I prefer having a nice breakfast in the morning with fruits, cereal. toasted bread, etc. and later in the day enjoy a great smoothie, 🙂 especially if we are having hot weather. 🙂 So, I hope you enjoy this smoothie recipe, let me know if you try it out. 🙂 Foodzesty -

After trying the one from 7-11 and really liking it, I decided to try making it myself for the first time. The result was delicious, with a thick texture and slower melting than the 7-11 version. Nam.BoodsabaTranslated from Cookpad Thailand
