Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlBlack chana
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1onion
  4. 1Green Bellpepper
  5. 2Green chilli
  6. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1cucumber
  8. 1lemon
  9. To tastesalt
  10. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  12. 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
  13. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    Soak black chana overnight. Pressure cook for 10 minutes after first whistle. Switch off the flame and let pressure releases automatically.

    Wash, peel and chop onion, capsicum, cucumber, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves.

    Remove black chana in a mixing bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables in it.

    Squeeze a lemon. Add all dry masale and toss.

    Serve in breakfast or enjoy as a snack.
