Ingredients

  1. Macaroni
  2. Grated red bell and scotch bonnet peppers
  3. Grated onions
  4. Cooked offal
  5. Ginger and garlic paste
  6. Seasoning and spices
  7. Veg. Oil
  8. Salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place your pot on medium heat, pour in oil. Add in your cooked offal, follow by garlic and ginger paste, onions and peppers mix.

    Stir fry, add seasoning and spices. Add salt to adjust the taste.Then pour water enough to cook the macaroni. Allow it to boil.

  3. 3

    Add in the macaroni and cook till soft and tender (but not too soft).

  4. 4

    Serve Hot!
