Ingredients

  1. 8 Slicebreads
  2. Butter
  3. 3Eggs
  4. Seasoning
  5. Oil
  6. 1small size Onion
  7. 2Scotch bonnets
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Break your eggs in a bowl. Add chopped onion, scotch bonnets, seasoning, pinch of salt and whisk. Pour oil in a frying pan and fry the eggs. Set aside.

    Spread your butter on both sides of the bread. Put each slices in a toaster. Divide and spread the fried eggs on each slices.

  3. 3

    Cover with the remaining slices and toast.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy with tea!
