Shrimp tacos with Mango Radish Salsa

Ingredients

  1. Mango Radish Salsa
  2. 2medium mangos cubed
  3. 2large avocado cubed
  4. Roughly 4 Radishes depending on size
  5. Cilantro
  6. Red onion diced
  7. 2Jalapenos
  8. Garlic salt
  9. Pepper
  10. Halflemon
  11. Shrimp
  12. De-vained shrimp
  13. Salt
  14. Pepper
  15. Chili powder
  16. Olive oil
  17. Cheyenne pepper
  18. Spicy Mayo Sauce
  19. Mayonnaise
  20. Sriracha sauce
  21. Shichimi
  22. Flour tortillas

Cooking Instructions

    Fire roast jalapenos then remove the seed and chop fine

  2. 2

    Chop remain Mango, Radish, avocado, purple onion and cilantro and mix in bowl, season with garlic salt, pepper and lemon juice from 1/2 of a lemon

    And 2tbs of olive oil to a cast iron skillet.

    Once hot add shrimp and season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cheyenne pepper.

    Mix mayo, sriracha, and shichimi seasoning in a bowl amount depends of spice tolerance.

    Place shrimp on flour tortilla add mango radish salsa and top with cheese and spicy Mayo.
