Ingredients

  1. 2Ahi Steaks
  2. 1large mango
  3. 4small avocados (or 2 large) diced)
  4. 2roma tomatoes (diced)
  5. 1red onion (diced)
  6. 1lemon (juiced)
  7. 1jalapeño (diced)
  8. pinchground cumin
  9. pinchsalt
  10. 2 pinchblack pepper
  11. 10-12 flour & corn tortillas (trader joes)
  12. olive oil
  13. 2 dashsoy sauce
  14. 2 dashred wine vinegar

  1. 1

    Dice everything that needs to be diced and add it to a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper. Toss like a delicate salad.

    Heat a cast iron pan to very hot add olive oil.

  3. 3

    Season Ahi with soy sauce, vinegar and salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Place Ahi in hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes. Flip. Lower hear to medium and cook ammon 2 -3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Remove Ahi and let cool 1 minute on cutting board.

  6. 6

    Heat tortillas (your favorite tortilla heating method)

  7. 7

    Slice Ahi, add to tortillas, add salsa and maybe a dash of hot sauce and a little cilantro.

    Enjoy!
