Cooking Instructions

In a pan, heat the milk and sugar together.

Add the cocoa powder and cornstarch to the milk and mix to form a paste.

Add this paste to the milk and stir continuously. Then add the dark chocolate and mix well. Keep stirring until it comes to a boil. Once it boils, turn off the heat.

Pour into serving glasses. Garnish the hot chocolate with white chocolate or whipped cream and serve hot.
