Steps

Take lauki and wash it properly and grate it.

Take a bowl add grated Lauki,besan,Turmeric, salt,chat masala, garammasala, Red chilli powder.

Take a pan put oil and fry small size pakora.

Take a presser cooker add oil and cumin seeds.

Now add onion tomato paste and cook for 5 min add masala. And cook it.

Add malai

Add kofte and cook for 2 min after add water. 1 wisal. Open cooker add coriander leaves.

Kofte vegetable is ready for serve.
