Ingredients

  1. 4large tomatoes
  2. 1 tspchopped garlic
  3. 1 tspchopped ginger
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. Few black pepper corns
  8. 1black cardamom
  9. 2 cupwater
  10. Salt as per taste

Cooking Instructions

    Roughly chopped tomatoes, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, then in a pressure cooker add oil then chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, black pepper corns black cardamom and water

    Pressure cook it once done add coriander stems

  3. 3

    Once done make a puree out of it then strain the mixture then again pour this mixture in a kadaahi and cook it for 15 minutes once done serve hot with garlic bread
