Ingredients

2 servings
  • 3Tomatos (cut)
  • 1/2Onion (cut)
  • 2-3 pinchesBlack pepper
  • 1Bayleaf
  • 3Garlic cloves (cut)
  • 5-10Carrots (cut) optional
  • 3 strandsminsed Cilantro
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 CupsWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Add bayleaf and garlic to hot 2 spoon oil. Cook for 1 min.

  2. 2

    Add onion cook for 5 mins till soft. Add tomatos cook 5 mins. Water, black pepper and salt to be added while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cool the above. Blend the cooked veggies. Some water can be added while blending.

  4. 4

    Strain the bleneded material. Cook the filtered material for 10 mins to make it thick. Add more salt and black pepper as needed to taste. Serve hot. (The leftover solid fibers can be used to cook delicious veg Curries).
