Homemade Whole Grain Mustard Homemade Whole Grain Mustard
I read an article about making mustard and was surprised to learn that making your own was quite easy! Usually yellow and brown mustard seeds are mixed, but I often make this with just yellow. Brown seeds are sharper and more pungent, so play with the ratio! This is the basic recipe, but once you get the hang of it, try adding other sweeteners, herbs, spices, etc. I like to make a little bit at time so this recipe will make about 1/2 cup. Felice -

Cheesecake Yogurt Cake Cheesecake Yogurt Cake
I received a lot of white chocolate, so I decided to try making various desserts. I tried many different ways to make this delicious cake!Thoroughly mix the ingredients together. I discovered that the combination of white chocolate and yogurt is just like cream cheese! You can also make it in a 15 cm round pan! It's not as thick, so it's even more like a cheesecake than when you make it as a pound cake! If you use a pound cake pan, it will turn out fluffy. Recipe by Tarukochan cookpad.japan -

Homemade Mayonnaise Homemade Mayonnaise
This mayo is slightly sweet because we love it that way. You can decrease the amount of sugar or honey in this recipe and add garlic, black pepper, etc. for unique flavor.Keep in sterilized jar in the fridge. This mayo should last for weeks in the fridge, but we usually finish one jar in a week or so.If you want thicker mayo, add more oil. Angela Mertoyono -
Easy Homemade Ponzu Sauce Easy Homemade Ponzu Sauce
One of the Cookpad users who tried my recipe for "All-Purpose Japanese Sauce (Dashi Soy Sauce) told me that she tried adding lemon juice to it to make ponzu sauce. So I came up with a ratio of ingredients that suited my family's tastes and uploaded this recipe. The ratio of dashi soy sauce, citrus juice and mirin is 2:1:1. You can adjust the sourness of the sauce with the mirin. You can change the amount of citrus juice and mirin to your taste. I don't like sour food that much, so this ratio is mild and just right for me. For about 200 ml. Recipe by Kinakorin cookpad.japan -
