Cooking Instructions

Firstly clean, wash and chopped green garlic, set aside
- 2
Put chopped garlic and green chilli in a bowl, break eggs and beat it
- 3
Heat oil with buttering a frying pan, add egg mixture
- 4
Fry it until done from one side
- 5
Add salt and pepper. When it’s done from one side fold and flip
- 6
Enjoy with toast or Paratha
